Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Where we get personal information from
Directly from you
From your friends, family or acquaintances
From a 3rd party company such as a landlord, estate agent, charity/organisation, housing association, council, etc.
How long do we keep information?
We may store records of your name, address and/or photographs/videos of the job (sent by yourself) within our conversations via email, Meta, WhatsApp, iMessage or Text Message, for up to 3 years.
We may keep records of your name and address on our written invoices for up to 7 years to comply with HMRC’s record-keeping requirements.
